B1: Mock Interview Feedback

Mock Interview Feedback My interview took place on 8th February. Although I had fully prepared, I was still nervous to complete it. However, I had nothing to worry about as I was made to feel comforted and it was almost like it was just a friendly conversation. The interviews were recorded to provide evidence and to act as feedback that we can take forward into real-life interviews and scenarios. Link to interview: As it was more of a relaxed environment, I think I gave very appropriate and well developed answers. However, real-life interviews may not go this positively. Areas I believe went well: One of the positives of my mock interview was that I was able to answer questions, using my prepared answers, without sounding too rehearsed or scripted. I knew what I was saying, yet spoke in a way that was not too artificial. Another positive of my interview was that I was able to ask a question to the interviewer at the end. This is extremely common in real interviews and something ...

A way to format answers, is using the STAR method. B1: Final Website Design

Final Website Design After the feedback I received from my peers on my Google Form, this is the final version of my website  . Taking suggestions from my peers, I added an "Industry Inspirations" section to my "About Me" page and my LinkedIn to the "Contact" page. I decided to update my website with these additions as my peers' opinions are important, due to them knowing what they would like to see out of a website. These suggestions allow the viewer of my website to become more knowledgable on who I am and how they can find me.

B1: Website Feedback

Image
Website Feedback Once completing all areas of my website design, I sent out a Google Form to my peers, to collect feedback that could improve my website further. These were the results: Website feedback from LucyMartin46 To sum up the feedback, most of my peers suggested adding inspirations within industry and adding more contact information, such as my LinkedIn. These would be good additions to my website, as it gives more of an insight to who I aspire to be like and who has shaped me into the person I am / would like to be. Adding my LinkedIn will provoke a sense of professionalism, as it shows I am willing to connect with those in industry. This is what my "About Me" page looks like so far. It does give a bit of insight to who I am as a media student, but not much about my aspirations within the media industry. Taking on my peers' suggestions will bring this section a bit of life and provide more information about me. Here is my updated 'About M...
